Hasannudin Saidin

HASAN is currently coach, facilitator and trainer at Rubah Associates, a learning and development provider company he founded in 2015. He predominantly facilitates a process called Best Year Yet® that is geared towards breaking through his clients’ barriers, finding what are important to them, and inspiring them to create the results they want.

Hasan has 36 years working experience, in the corporate world before he brought out his corporate acumen into the learning and development field. In corporate, he served in positions of services business management, especially in the fields of ICT, innovation and government. Most of it were at IBM Malaysia (26 years) in various technical, management and leadership positions, both in Malaysia and ASEAN. His final position in IBM was in government liaison and government relations as Director for Government Programs, reporting to the IBM Malaysia Managing Director.

He advocated to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) the formation of IXC Malaysia Berhad (InnovationXchange Malaysia), a company to provide innovation intermediary services to enable open innovation. Accepted by USM, he co founded the company and became its Chief Executive Officer.

Hasan has an MBA from Cardiff University, UK. His community positions in the past included Vice President of MNCC (Malaysia National Computer Federation) and Treasurer of PIKOM (National ICT Association of Malaysia). Hasan lives with his wife in Kuala Lumpur. They have two married children and an adopted child who have all left the nest, and he can often be seen playing with his two grandsons. Otherwise look for him on the roads and hills cycling, or in his home theatre room watching Star Trek series, celebrating the human spirit.
